Power of Attorney (Form1): Applicant’s signature should be legalized by means of the Apostille (1961 The Hague Convention) or by the Consul of the country where this Power of Attorney is to be used. When the signer does not act in his own right a notarial certification or that of a competent authority will also be required stating that representation and faculties invoked for carrying our the act have been duly proven.

Assignment (Form3): The signature of the Assignor/s and Assignee/s must be legalized by means of the Apostille (1961 The Hague Convention) or by the Consul of the country where the document will be used. When the signers do not act in their own right a notarial certification or one of a competent authority will also be required, from which it emanates that the representation and faculties invoked for carrying out the act have been proven in due form.
